Our fingers are crossed for snow for this day of family celebration! We've been dying to throw a community celebration ever since we took over the barn on Harrow road, and it's
finally time! Bring your little ones and your not-so-little ones, and all those dear to your heart. Come for a 'reindeer ride' on one of our well behaved horses, hot chocolate, and a chance to
snuggle a fuzzy winter animal or two! A wreath making station will be set up in the barn with willow rounds, pine cones, and greenery so you can bring the smell of the forest home with you if you
Please note that reindeer rides can only be booked in advance to preserve the intimacy of the experience and minimize wait times. They're offered pony-ride style, with the
chance for more experienced riders to guide their horses themselves. Riders must be 3-16 years old, and those under 6 need to be accompanied by a parent. Rides will last about 15 minutes
including mounting and dismounting, and riding helmets will be provided.
Children under 3 are admitted free to the event and do not need to purchase a ticket. As this is a farm event, all dogs must be left at home. Visitors are encouraged to carpool
with other families, and are asked to park on the road.
Gift certificates, 2020 memberships, wall calendars, gifts from nature's apothecary (salves, balms and other treasures), and rounds for wreath making will be for sale at the
welcome table. Please bring cash or a credit card to make your purchases. If you just want to come pick up an item from the welcome table, you don't need to purchase a ticket.
Admission is $10/person. Children under 3 are free. For those purchasing reindeer rides, your admission is included in your ticket. ($45). To make everything easy and ensure we
don't overwhelm the capacity of farm, we ask that everyone purchase their tickets in advance by going to www.bookwhen.com/mhs83
